    Hi,

Please share to us the URL of your joomla website where we can test the form.

Initially, you can also try first re-embedding the form using its iframe code. Use this guide

    http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Hope this help. Inform us if issue persist.

    Thanks.

I am having the same issue with my forms in chrome and safari. I tried the iframe code but that does not help at all. The form just does not load.

Why did the simple embed code stop working?

    Hi there,

I just using the iFrame method, but my form not shows anything. just white blank page.

Do i need to include the javascript also.? Because my iFrame seems working well when i've try to paste the code without the javascript code.

Another thing, the form also not show when i try to click the "Preview" button.

    @chekwan

The JavaScript portion of the code isn't necessary for the form to work. That's actually used to automatically set the height of each page of multi-page forms. I can confirm that the form is now visible in Chrome. We're glad you got this sorted out.

Should you encounter any other issues, please let us know.

    Cheers

Thank you abajan for the reply,

but i have one problem with this method..

it's about when user right click on the form, the able to view the actual form url by right clicked on the

This Frame >> Open Frame in New Tab/Window

when i used Embed Method , user cannot view the actual form even they've righted clicked on the form..

    please advise..

I am not sure what you meant by this. It will help us understand more if you can elaborate further.

Actually even if you used script embed method, the source code of your web page including that of the form can be easily viewed by using browse page source of the browser..

Do you have a particular requirement that you need the form URL not visible on the web page where it is embedded?

    Please update us.

    Thanks.
