    Radio buttons not showing up on mobile devices.

    Asked by deskofkaren on March 26, 2014 at 08:33 AM

    Hi there!

    This is the first time I've used your product.  I am a web developer.  I realized that the radio buttons aren't showing on any mobile device.  I'm using Safari's user agent emulator.  The form is here:

    http://www.happyvalleyanimalsinneed.com/adoption-form.html

    I'd appreciate any help you can give me.

    Thanks, Karen

    I tested your form/site using:

    http://www.mobilephoneemulator.com/

    http://quirktools.com/screenfly/

    and could see the radio-buttons. If possible, I kindly ask you to provide us screenshots so we can look better into this question.

    Thank you

    Here is a screenshot.  No radio buttons show up on mobile.  Ipad mini is fine, just not small screens like iphones.  thanks.

    @karen

    I can see that you are using the full form source code, it is possible that some script conflict between your form and website is preventing the Radio buttons from appearing in the mobile view as your form script is not protected.

    So, for this kind of issues the best solution is to re-embed the form using the iframe code. Here is a guide to know how to get the iframe code: Getting the form iframe code

    Do not hesitate to contact us if the issue still persists.
