As far as I can see all the embed codes are either JS or iFrame, so if you are hosted on wordpress.com you will need to use something like this http://shongjog.wordpress.com/2011/01/25/how-to-embed-iframe-widgets-in-a-wordpress-com-blog-%C2%A9-netty-gritty/
Scroll down to where it says "Extracting the frame url from your iframe widget code"
There's a fair bit to do but it does work I have it for a map which was an iFrame. On my blog here http://ukukee.wordpress.com/ukulele-map/
Hope this helps

Just an update if you are still using Jotform for your WordPress.com hosted blog.
We are happy to announce that WordPress.com now supports Jotform. You can now embed forms to your WordPress.com hosted websites.
