Hi, I'm experimenting with JotForm as a way for my customers to upload files to my Box account. Once the files are in my Box folder I have no need for them on my JotForm server. I've deleted the submissions but my account still shows that I'm over my limit. I've also tried the Auto-Delete app. My form shows 0 submissions but I'm still over the limit. How can I fix this? Is the upload limit a monthly upload usage limit or is it a storage limit? I'd like to upgrade to a premium account but I need to sort this out before I do so.

That happened because you reached your max upload space allowed on the free account. Usually that happens when there is a lingering file that was not fully deleted from a form which got stuck so it causes a minor glitch to make this appear maxed. We do apologize about that and I've gone ahead and fixed this on your forms so you should be okay to use your Upload Space again.
