We are not receiving email notification for check out orders

    Hi there,

    On my Form NEON LIGHTS OPEN GYM 11/26, I have had at least 2 customers check out and get charged, yet the form did not email me and it is not showing up in the Inbox.

    Can someone look at this form and tell me what is wrong?

    Also it looks like it was initially set up and payment going to haverhilelitecheer@gmail.com and it should have been haverhillelitecheer@gmail.com (it was missing one letter). How do I recover that? I have updated the PayPal account on the form just now.

    Could someone help me with this?

    Hello, Thank you for reaching out for assistance.

    I checked the https://form.jotform.com/213234874305150 form and the notification is configured correctly. I also reviewed our mail logs and found that all submissions were successfully sent to the recipient listed in the notification. The emails are also not on our bounce list, so you should not be having trouble receiving emails from jotform.

    Please check this guide for a possible reason why you're not receiving an email notification.

    Please whitelist jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.

    As for wrong PayPal Email Address used, we are sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, we do not have control over Paypal matters. You will need to contact Paypal's support through their customer support page instead. However, if the incorrect PayPal email address was used, the money will be returned to the user. There should have been emails sent to the address that was used containing information on how to cancel the payments.

    Yes they got notification but I did not receive notification and it’s not
    showing down as submitted on the time form and we have a 30 person called

    Hi,

    May I ask you to remove the current Notification email on your form, and create a new Notification email?
    After this, make a test submission on the form, and see if you receive the email.

    If you would still not receive the email, please let us know.

    Thank you. I began receiving notifications but there was an approval
    flow. I hadn't seen that before and I just deleted it.
