First, I would like to conform the type font on the form to the font that is assigned for the site so everything is consistent.
Second, I can't find a way to get just checkboxes or just radio buttons on choice questions. I am using a theme but have modified some of the questions and now seem to get a mixture--I prefer the boxes for this particular application, but all of one or the other would be okay.

You can identify and change the font-family used by the form theme in your Form Builder https://www.jotform.com/build/213226844080148 using the Form Designer.
