I have successfully changed my password and can see my forms on my PC but when I login to my Mac laptop and my mobile phone is said You don't have any forms (see screenshot). Can you please advise.

We apologize for the inconvenience. I reviewed your account/username betteblance and it show it is active and your forms are available.
Can you please retry log in using the username at https://www.jotform.com/login
You're also not login to the account when you created this ticket. You should be able to see your forms available once logged in on your My Forms page.
Please let us know if issue still persist.
