Got a problem with receiving files from the created form

    dear team

    once the email arrives with a response someone has sent - i cannot open the files the person has uploaded.

    i d appreciate your help

    Hello,

    You have the settings "Require log-in to view uploaded files" turn on, therefore if you would like to access the uploaded file, you would need to log in.

    If you would like to disable this setting, please log into your account, then uncheck the option from your Account Settings or by access this URL: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
