Dear all,
I have request 2 times to download my forms. Everytime when the link was being send to me, when i click on it to open, it shows error.
Kindly advise.

Hello,
You have the settings "Require log-in to view uploaded files" turn on, therefore if you would like to access the uploaded file, you would need to log in.
If you would like to disable this setting, please log into your account, then uncheck the option from your Account Settings or by access this URL: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
