If not, please kindly let us know how are you trying to use the template, we will perform some tests on our end in order to replicate the same issue.
You may try clearing your browser's cache and see if that helps, if the problem persists, you may also provide us a screenshot of the error, note that attached images via email replies will not reach this thread, but you can upload your images following this guide: How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum
