I set up a contact form and have the submit going to two addresses. It will send to my personal email but not to another that I set up for a client. Do you think the web server is maybe seeing the form as junk mail. The direct email links to that address do work, just not from the form.

I checked and I have the indication of emails being sent to both addresses, and none is in our bounce list.
I guess the email provider is blocking because the sender email is a noreply/noresponse address. I sent a test submission from a custom email address. Can you confirm you received it on both addresses?
If so I advise to add a custom sender email.

Hey Carina, Thanks for the response.
I got both on my personal account but neither on the new email. I've had the server tech support look at their end and this is the response.
"Tom, there are no entries in our logs regarding formresponse.com. It sounds like the emails are never reaching our server. The form provider would have to check their mail logs to see what is happening to those emails."
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Just now I got the email from krispi on the second address. What did you do to make it work? Is it something I need to do on this end
