May I have a helpful response please

I have submitted several requests that have all been answered in an unhelpful manner and would appreciate a more thorough response this try.

I have attached a screenshot of the order confirmation email sent to me for a test order, a screenshot of which is attached. The confirmation is confusing for the following reasons:

    1. The first item appears to be $20 for the TWO packages
    2. The second item the same
    3. However the total makes it clear that the $20 is for each of the total of 4 packages. Yet the visual presentation indicates the total should be $40

How is this order confirmation email format corrected to provide a clearer and more intuitive presentation? I would appreciate a clear and specific response with instructions and directions.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Apologies for the confusion on how the order details are presented in your email notification.

I do understand if how the email displays the price of the item, rather than the sub-total amount, kinda brings confusion to the customer that'll receive the email notification.

I would suggest you split the payment details instead.

    Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/231-how-to-strip-payment-labels-and-separate-payment-info-on-email-alerts/

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
