Approved forms showing as in progress under approval status

Why is my form showing "in progress" under approval status when over 70% has been approved already when I checked them one by one.?

Pls what should I do so that those already approved will not be showing in progress again.

Does this happen to all the submissions on your form? Could you please share with us the submissions that are showing the incorrect status so we can check?
