Different Options depending on previous selection

I want to find out whether the forms can change depending on what options are chosen.

For Example:

I have periodic in-house company checklists: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly. There are different tasks for each periodic checklist. Does Jotform support the display of different questions, depending on which period I choose?
