"Recurring Payment Received" email states "Recurring" in the header even if Recurring Times is One (1)

    I have a form to accept donations and make them recurring. However some people are becoming confused when they receive their confirmation email from Jotform and at the top it says "Recurring Payment Received" even though the subscription was a 1/1 transaction. Is there a better way to do this?

    That's most likely due to the payment type which is recurring regardless of the limit.


    Anyway, I have escalated this issue to our developers. Once this is corrected, we'll inform you here.
