Checking on the status of a jotform

Is there a way that someone can complete a Jotform that has an approval flow and then anonymously check in on the status of that form.

For example: An employee submits a sexual harassment claim anonymously to the HR department. The employee then would like to know the resolution of their anonymous claim. Is there a way they can log into a form using the submission ID to see the status of their claim?

What goes on in the Approval workflow is done in the backend and only the assigned approvers get to receive the email notifications.

Submitters will only receive emails via Autoresponder email after they submit the form.

Is there any way the assigned approver can see what the auto responder's email is?

You can send a separate email autoresponder to the Approver's email.

Would you like to send an email autoresponder to the employee who submitted the form and to the approver who approved the form once the submission has been approved/denied?

I understand that you can send a separate email to the autoresponder. My concern is the anonymity of the employee who submitted the form.

Is there any way for someone in the approval process to see what the autoresponder email is?

You can customize your approval request email to hide any field values you don't want your approver to see.

However, the approver cannot view the sender email that would be sent to the responder.
