permissions to use app

I have developed an app and I want my drivers to use it I have sent them the bar code but it askes for the log in details of my main account which I don't want to give how do I register this driver to access the app and send submissions to my email

Kindly make sure your app link is set to public access.

You can check in your App builder>Publish>Quick Share

Regarding the email, please make sure your form linked in the app has a notification email with your email address as the recipient.
