Submissions Form

    I have a form called NEW VOLUNTEER APPLICATION. I also have 2 Google spreadsheets. I want to be able to transfer the data on the submissions report of the volunteer application to those two spreadsheets. Each spreadsheet has different information on it pulled from the application. I want to be able to select which entries (people) I need from the submissions report because I wont need all of them.

    With the new apps, will I be able to do this. right now I am retyping the entries from the application.

    Sorry, that is not possible.

    You can only pass on data to one Google spreadsheet from the form submission.

    You may then copy/paste the date from one spreadsheet to the other or use IMPORTRANGE function to transfer data on excel.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, the apps do not affect that, but you should be able to use look-up functions to transfer data between sheets.

    So you would send the data from Jotform to a single sheet, the use Lookup functions in Google Sheets to transfer the needed columns to your other sheets.
