    Hello,

I am trying to embed a form into Word Press. I copy the Word Press embed link, paste it in the HTML part of the post and then nothing happens. Any ideas? I was able to get the embed to work with another blogging program just fine.

Also, I have set up my Jot Form to upload submissions to Drop Box and for some reason it is no longer working. The first submission came through but none of the subquent submissions have synced. I have tried to turn off and turn back on the Drop Box connection and this did not help either.

Finally, I'd like to know if there is a limit on the number of photos that can be uploaded with each form submission and I'd also like to know if there is a limit on how many submissions can be exported in a single excel spreadsheet.

Thanks in advanced for your time and help. Jot Form seems like a great product and if I can get through these tweaks then my organization will definitely use this product for our upcoming research projects.

    Hi,

We strongly advise our users to open separate threads for issues that are unrelated to each other. Posting several questions in a single thread can be confusing, both to the person who asked the questions and the support members who will be taking care of the issues.

I am going to answer your first question only. Please create new threads for your other issues. Thanks!

Moving on to your question, I advise you to watch this short video to learn how to embed a form to a Wordpress post or page properly. I also suggest that you use iframe codes to embed your form.

To get your form's iframe codes:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame

    4.  Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen

If problem still persists, please provide us the url of the exact page where the form is to be embedded. This is so we can inspect your page and isolate the cause as to why the form does not display.

We'll be looking forward to your response as well as to the new threads for your other issues. Thank you and have a nice day!
