I did some updates in my format "Preguntas Frecuentes" my clients can not see these changes, What can I do to fix this problem?
Hice actualizaciones de un formato: "Preguntas frecuentes" y mis clientes no pueden ver esas actualizaciones. ¿Qué puedo hacer? necesito ayuda lo mas pronto posible

I have some reports from users who still with the problem. To clear the form cache is something I can do? or I need to ask for assist to you?
