    Try to go to this page with two different browsers. 

    In Opera things work in Chrome anymore.

    I tested and could replicate the situation. I tried to re-embed the form using the iframe method but got the same result.

    I forwarded this to our developers so they can look better into this issue. When they have news they will contact you through this thread.
