Enterprise User: Share the Tables page to edit the fields

Good Day

I know that the minimum user count is 5 licenses.

As the IT Manager I will be the only one creating forms for the Department.

99% of our forms will be used to collect info. and workflows.

My question is if I share a Table for a HR user to update specific fields or capture info in the Table must I have a license for that user.

You can easily share the Tables page with any user without having a user's license in your standard plans
