Change of passwords - Not working

    Hello,

    I'm trying to change my password for the current account I have on your platform and it doesn't work.

    I signed up to your platform by using my Facebook Account and unfortunatly, when I'm trying to now change password on your patform, it's not allowing me to make the change anymore.

    Is it possible to change both my e-mail and password or not? Since the domain we're using currently will be discontinued from next month.

    Hi Patrick,

    Yes, you can both email and password of your account. First, you can create a new password using the instructions in the following guide.

    Then you can use the existing email address or account username with the new password to log in to your account. Once logged in then you can change your email address. Instructions are in the following guide.
