Pop-up form on jotform app

Hi just wondering, I have a company app but as soon as someone opens the app, a memo form popup for the person to read first and either read and close or sign and close.

I can have a pop up form activate when someone opens a jotform app saved on an ipad?

It is possible to add a pop-up modal to your form but adding a signature widget is not possible.
