    Form over quota.

    I created a form for an event, but some participants found that when they submitted the form, it showed the it reached the maximum quota. I updated the plan, but I couldn't either log into my account or edit my form. Please help me as soon as possible. Thank you so much!

    Hi, your form is currently saved on a guest account, meaning you are not logged in when you created these forms. Note that guest forms relies on your browser cookies, whatever may happen to your browser cookies crashed or purged, you will lose access to your forms.

    If you have a registered account, please reply here with your username so we can transfer the form if they're not automatically carried over to your registered account.

    I have created an account. My username is tianyingzy. Please help me transfer my form to this account. What is more, I updated my plan just now beofore I created the account. Is it possible that my account can be aligned with the plan I just updated? Thank you so much!

    Hello Ying,

    Upon your request, I have now transferred the form from your guest account to account with username "tianyingzy".

    I was also able to trace your payment. You did not mention your account username while making the payment and that is the reason why your account was not upgraded automatically. I have taken care of your account upgrade issue. Your account is upgraded to premium monthly subscription.

    Please sign out and sign in to your account for the changes to reflect.
