Again, my account has been suspended! 2nd time in less than 12 hours

    My account was suspended last night around 4:00pm NY time. I don't know why. I was trying to fix the email that goes out when someone submits a request to attend an event. I sent a response support ticket and this morning Jotform was working again. I am again trying to fix the email problem and suddenly the "Form not found" page shows up and when I try to sign in I see that the account is suspended again. I had to create this alternative account to send another customer support ticket.

    It seems whatever spam filter you have turned on is too sensitive and unable to determine when someone is testing their form. How is someone able to see if submission and reminder emails are correct if they can't be tested?

    What is going on?

    and the account was active you must have access to it.
