checklist widget issues

    Greetings,

I'm trying to create a customizable checklist/ packing list. I used the checklist widget which indicates it hides entries that are not selected. However, on the autoresponse copy, it doesn't hide that which isn't selected, it indicates it as "checked" or "unchecked," as below which gets confusing:

What I want to achieve is for people to customize their packing list so it's individualized to what they want/need. Which would show, above, only items they select.

Any ideas on how to best achieve this? Is it possible with Jotform?

    Thanks! Mary

    Hello,

Is this happening on all of the fields or just the ones you've taken a screenshot of? Looking at those checklist widgets on your form the hide unselected button is not on. It is selected on the first few though.

[UPDATE: It did work when I tested it this time around!]

Happening on all fields . . . this is regardless of whether or not I selected "Hide unchecked items" (I selected and deselected that button to test again, but had same results as pictured above)

(I'm also open to trying another route, but using conventional multiple-choice selection did not work either)

    Thanks!

Thanks, the list is looking great!

One question I have is if the (responsive) autoresponse email can be easily downloaded into a pdf.

When I use the pdf link function, it doesn't adapt to how they filled out the form.

Is there an easy way to download the responsive table as a pdf so users can view the checklist outside the body of their email?

    TIA! Mary
