I had to upgrade, but it didn't make sense. All my files are stored on google drive, yet JotForm said my upload limit is full. I'm using google drive though... help?

    Hello,

I checked your account and you have 100+ MB on your file storage space. The free user can only store up to 100 MB and that's the reason why your account is over the limit. To fix this, you need to delete the submissions with attachment files.

Note: We cannot restore the deleted submissions.

    Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-how-to-delete-form-submission-data/

I recalculated your account limit and you have now 59.88 MB on your file storage space. Do you want to go back to the free user and refund the last payment you made?

I'd love to resume the free account, thank you!

Do uploads count towards google drive since I'm hosting the files?

If you want to keep the free account then you have to delete the submissions from your account and clear the upload space so that it doesn't occupy your upload limits.

Do you want us to cancel your account and provide a refund?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks.

I would like for you to refund, yes. I'm not sure if you're understanding my question. If I'm hosting the files on google drive then why do I have an upload limit? I'm confused. I'm not hosting it on jotform, I"m hosting it on google drive.

    Hi,

You still need to clear your Jotform tables. The form integrated into Google Drive is just sending you a copy of the submissions file.

I suggest monitoring your account too and just keep removing the submissions after you can confirm the transfer on Google Drive. If you do not want to monitor your account, you can use the auto-delete submission app: https://www.jotform.com/integrations/auto-delete-submissions

Note: We cannot recover the deleted submissions (using the auto-delete submission app) if the integration fails to send them to Google Drive.

As per your request, I downgraded your account back to the free user. Please wait 3-6 business days to see the refund on your account. Thank you!
