Hello,
We keep getting emails saying that random people are requesting table access - what is this about, and how can we stop it?
Please let me know.
Thank you,
-Kelly

Hi there,
Table access requests can only be done through the table shareable link as shown below.
Can you recall generating and perhaps sharing this link? If not, we recommend setting an expiration date to the current one or generating a new link to disable to current one.
Regards,

Hello,
No, we haven't created or shared any links with the person requesting access. Is there any other way this could have been accessed?
Please let us know what we can do.
Thank you,
Kelly

Hello Kelly - The users requesting the access might have there own Jotform account. Hence, they know how to access the form's submission Table and that is by adding "tables" into the form URL.
FORM URL:
https://www.jotform.com/1234567890
SUBMISSION TABLE URL OF THE SAME FORM:
https://www.jotform.com/tables/1234567890
And since the tables are not PUBLIC by default, when they access the table (while logged in to their Jotform), this page will appear:
Clicking REQUEST ACCESS will lead you to receive the emails to provide permission. If you want the user to access it, you can GRANT ACCESS to it. Otherwise, please ignore the email.
