How can I assign percentage values to my quiz form?

    Hey there,

I'm trying to have my quiz form (The Fatherhood Hierarchy of Needs Assessment) create a score after each submission.

Is there a way that I can get all 20 questions to count toward the total score on my Thank You page?

Also is there a way to assign 5% to each question so that the total score is percentage out of 100%?

    Please let me know.

    Thanks!

    Jason

    Hi,

You need to enable 'Use calculated values' in options tab and assign 1 to the correct answer.

To convert to percentage, you need to change your existing settings as follow:

Alternatively, to skip this step, you can assign 5 (instead of 1) to the correct answer.

You need to change your Thank you page as follow.

Here is my cloned version: https://support.jotform.com/form/213267608027960

Only question 19 and 20 have been given scores to their correct answer.

    Q19: No

    Q20: Yes

Test with these two questions only if you want to understand how it works.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Awesome this was helpful.

Am I able to send them a copy of the Thank You Page after submission?

    Greetings,

You cannot send a copy of the thank-you page. However, you can include inside the email responder a PDF that can display their score:
