Free users monthly count

when does the monthly count start over for the free users?

Submissions, Payment Submissions, and Form Views count reset on the 1st day of each month. You can always upgrade or downgrade to different plans depending on your current needs.

Other usages and limit types are fixed. That means that they don't reset and you need to take actions such as disabling forms, deleting uploaded files, and submissions so you won't reach the limit.
