Changes not getting saved into the form

I upgraded my account to Silver, but now none of my changes are saving when I try to edit a form or add anything.

Can you please share the forms link you are having issues with?
Are we allowed to make some changes to the form for testing purposes? can you please tell us what changes were you making so we can try to replicate them?
we have cleared your form cache?

I have tried to create several from a template, but every time I change something the page refreshes and reverts to the original form.

Also, yes I've tried clearing the form cache. Along with several other things I saw mentioned from others who were having similar issues, but nothing seems to be working... This has been an issue since yesterday when I upgraded my account.
