Form over quota

    Hello to respected team of jotform.com)

    Second month i face the same problem i get message that i can't receive any new submissions because my quota is over.

    But i do have a lot of unused messages.

    What can i do, or what can be done to solve this problem?

    Hi,

    I checked your account which I assumed to be Mosflat because of the e-mail account -- and found out that it currently is Active and is NOT over quota anymore.

    Please inform us if the issue remains.

    When I’m trying to submit any  form on the site I still get the same message!

    I checked your account, it is active and still has available submissions but when trying to submit a form it displays a "form over quota" message.

    I forwarded this situation to our developers so they can check what is causing this dificullty. You will be notified through this thread once they have an update.
