Sending multiple emails to Mailchimp

Hi

We offer a subscription service for dictation and transcription. Each site has multiple users. I want to create a form where the client can LIST each users first name, last name, role (either Author or Typist) and email address.

I would then like to send each and every email address to a MailChimp mailing list.

I have created a Jotform with an Infinite List https://form.jotform.com/213267787371061

I can easily integrate with MailChimp but it looks like I can only select one email to be submitted to MailChimp. However there will always be a MINIMUM of 2. Usually even more.

Can you please advise if there is a better way of doing this?

Unfortunately, it would be mapped on Mailchimp.

The Mailchimp integration works on groups, as long as the email address used is unique.

I have used Let subscribers select their group, but you can manually add the group for selection.
