    Estimate Number and Last Name pre populate and they shouldn't. please advise.

    It's a name field and it's only pre-populated if you access it while logged in to a Jotform account:

    I'm afraid that's a default feature. So if your users do not have Jotform accounts, then I think it's fine.

    Otherwise, you would need to replace these with two separate Short Text fields so it won't get pre-populated if a user is logged on to a Jotform account.

    To do so, just hide the name field and add two Short Text fields. Just shrink them so they'll resemble the name field:
