Just upgraded account: "sdn" (Ordre-id: INT140327-4344-18611) to premium (12 moths).
Need to know if my credit card will be charged the same ammount automatically when the period is over?

Yes, this is a recurring subscription and it should renew at the end of the period, in your case, next year on the same date. If you want to stop the charge by that time, all you need to do is to cancel the subscription before the charge occurs.

What happens if I cancel the subscribtion now?
Will I continue with the premium account that I have paid for or will the premium subscrition continue for the period that I have paid for?
If you cancel now - your account will continue to be premium till the subscription period expires.
Our system will automatically downgrade your account on the said date - which in your case is Mar 28, 2015
