also is there a way to customize the link? Thanks

You can customize your form link by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your account, open the form that you want to edit the link of.
2. Click publish tab as you can see in the below screenshot.

3. Click the quick share from the menu on the left and you can see the link details of your form which you can edit by clicking the pencil icon next to it.

4. As you can see in the gif below, I have edited the link and clicked the apply button. 

5. Just like that, your customized URL will be ready! But please be noted, you need a Jotform Enterprise Account if you want to use your own domain instead of “jotform.com” in your form link.
