My client has had several people say their form submissions are not getting to them. I called and spoke with my client just now and they said they know of 2 for certain in the last two days. When I log into the submissions the last date is March 5. Can you look into things and see what you can see on your end? Is something broken?Page URL:

I checked your form , and I found it's forwarding to both email addresses/var/log/jotform/amazonSES.log:[27/Mar/2014:11:38:27 -0400] 31337526345150 AmazonSES Sent email to firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com - MessageID:0000014504313f76-2376746a-7088-4932-92d1-2ecf079b76de-000000 - RequestId:d71885fe-b5c5-11e3-9ef1-e94eed7af61c
However, you might need to whitelist our IP and domains or ask this to your email provider which is normally your domain provider
