Submit button on form isn't working for my client

    Hello. My submit button isn't working when my client is submitting their work. It just says "please wait" and doesn't continue. Do you know how I can fix this problem? Thanks for your time.

    As you can see, it's working.

    We can test it on your live form if you give us the permission.

    Hello. Thanks for your response. I also tested it on my computer and it worked okay. But my client happens to live in China, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it not working...

    Can you please ask your users to clear cache and cookies from the browser or to use a different browser and to try to submit the form then?
