How can I include my entire document on the autoresponder emails? My form was created in card format, and I cannot find any option to include the parts of the document that don't have questions on them. The autoresponder will only include the screens that require a response.

For non-input fields, you can copy-paste them into the auto-responder template.

As per the PDF document, you can add the Text element to it in PDF Editor.
