Signature functionality on HIPAA

Hi

I am interested in your products. We would like to create patient registration form. It need to be HIPAA compliance. I need signature at the end of this form. How the signature work? Do I need to have separate docusign or adobe account? Will it comply to HIPAA regulation?

You can use our signature field to capture signatures which is HIPAA compliant.

However, you can still use docusign or adobe if you want.
