Filling form: Email verification code not working

Hello,

I have been trying to register to: TAP in 2 Reality.

I received verification code , copied and pasted it ,but I can not

proceed since their is a red cross sign next to verification code

which I entered.

Also you are requesting to validate the e-mail, but it does not allow me to click

on it.

Please provide your suggestion and if possible, kindly supply with phone

number I can call to talk to customer service.

We suggest you get in touch with the form user and ask for assistance regarding the registration process. Remember that we only allow people to create forms to collect data online, but we don't create or own the forms.

I do not know who the form owner is, as I cannot find any form by that name. However, if you have a link to the form, I will be able to check further.
