I am not receiving email alert after form submission.

    Hello!

    I followed your tutorial and set up Email Alert for our form which should be sirected to our email address, info@bcsiservice.com. I already checked span settings and its okay and also added your domain to "allowed email addresses" but still nothing is being received. I am not even receiving the Test Email. Will you please see where I went wrong? I think your company's service is great, by the way. Much appreciated.

    I have the indication of emails being sent, and the email is not in our bounce list:

    I created a copy form with a custom sender email and made a test submission. can yu confirm if you received it? If so, you might consider adding a custom sender email, as many email providers block emails from noreply/noresponse emails. Let us know if the problem persists. Thank you for your feedback.
