How do I remove payments from my form that has products on it?

I need to gather information on products with this form, I would like users to select a product with price, color, and size but they will not be submitting a purchase, they will only be submitting information such as an email and a ship to address. I do not want credit card information or paypal information to be an option.

Please share the form link so we can check it. Normally, you can just remove the payment integration by following this screencast guide:

Note: Removing the Payment field will also delete the submissions associated with it.

If that is not available on your Payment field, you need to remove the payment field and add a new Product List form field. Here's a screencast guide on how to do it:
