Is it possible to create a configurable list that will add a new row at the click of a button, but create a separate field for each item in the row? Also, can the configurable be coded with if one selection is chosen then it will show a certain field and hide another field?
Here is the form I'm working on:

Hi there,
Please note that the options you've included in the first row will always remain the same in all rows. If an option is selected already in a row then it will still appear in a new row. The new rows are actually clones of the original row.
Unfortunately, conditional logic can not be applied to the fields within the widget. As explained above the adding a new row will always show the same fields with the same options as the original row.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks
