My Premium Service Account

    I tried to cancel my premium service the other day however since the day I hit the downgrade button, I was billed and paid for continued service of $9.95 yesterday so now I need to make sure I am still on the premium service.

    As per your request I have verified that your account indeed is still under Premium service. There have been two charges since you began your subscription. 

    2014-03-26 /// 2014-02-25

    If you are in need of canceling the subscription. Please perform the following steps to cancel the subscription directly from PayPal Account:

    - Login to your Paypal Account
    - Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm
    - Click the subscription number for that transaction
    - Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
