I just received a receipt for $390.00 for the Silver plan. I was on the bronze plan and when I saw this, I immediately downgraded. I DID NOT upgrade to the Silver plan. I do not use Jotform enough to warrant that.
It looks like I was able to downgrade and am charged $199.95 for Bronze which is fine. I am attaching a screenshot showing the receipt in the system. I will also try to attach the billing history if I am able to upload 2 screenshots.
Also, it is very difficult to see what plan and payment I was on until I received this receipt. I have been with Jotform a long time and have referred this product to others, but am not happy with this.
Please verify that I am charged $199.95 and not $390.00!

Hello,
It looks like last year during the sale you had upgraded to Silver using credit card and had your PayPal Bronze refunded and canceled. So this year when it came to renew you were charged the full Silver plan price.
You can view your past ticket https://www.jotform.com/answers/2725795 where you did want the Silver yearly.
Currently since you paid and then downgraded there's a credit on your account of $199.95 it looks like. If you would like to continue with the Bronze subscription we can have this changed from a credit to a refund if you would like.

Yes, please change this from a credit to a refund. Please refund the $199.95, rather than a credit. I don't know why I would have upgraded. We have had many changes in our business since COVID and no longer need these service. I would be fine on the free plan, but understand if you can just refund the $199.95.
