I understand why this is, but Jotform should want to fix this. I'm reminding staff constantly to login in order to download files because they get a 404 “oops page” instead of a login prompt when trying to click a link of a file sent to them.
Thank you.
There is no reason to respond with a workaround, I just want to escalate this to somebody that might care.

Thank you for contacting support.
Kindly go to your account settings and uncheck "Require log-in to view uploaded files".
