Unable to convert PDF to fillable PDF

    Hi Team,

    I'm unable to convert PDF to fillable PDF, When I tried to do that data is Broken and Page 1 isn't converted, Can you please help me converting the PDF attached to fillable one, Lot of questions in the PDF are not detected. We need it as it is with out any changes.

    Greetings!

    Keep in mind that our online forms are not designed to look like printed forms. After the conversion, your online form might not look like your original uploaded PDF.

    However, you may manually add the fields that were not detected by the online form.
