unable to use form

    I am not able to use my form. I've used it without any issues for over a year. Suddenly, I cannot edit the form (number of items in stock) and people are not able to submit an order.

    I archived it tonight, thinking I would have to start over but didn't want to lose it completely. Can I undo that??

    I created a Clone.

    I'm afraid that I'm making matters worse.

    I have tried cloning the form and made a test submission. However, I can't seem to replicate the issue:

    Can you share what specific error do you receive when you submit the form? As you can see in the screencast, there seems to be no issue in submitting it.

    I also tried editing the form and it worked fine:

    This is what I see.
    PLEASE WAIT
    It never completes. I'm unable to edit as well.
    I just tried again with the CLONED form and had the same result.
    I have tried on my mobile device, ipad and desktop.

    Unfortunately, we did not receive the image you shared.

    Upon checking the form, it is currently set to DISABLED, so it is inaccessible:

    Please set it to ENABLED to make it available for submission.

    Also, is the form embedded on a website? If so, can you share it with us so we can check?

    And can we have your permission to make a test submission on your live form whether it is embedded or not?

    This is the screen I continue to get. On both the archived form, the CLONED
    form.
